System Feature
1. Raw material ¡°First-in & First-out¡±. Use bar code system to manage raw material storage, which may greatly increase work efficiency and reduce error occurrence. The raw material retrieval complies with ¡°First-in & First-out¡± principle and the system registers raw material retrieval automatically after ingredient mixing & weighing succeeds.
2. Formula sign-on management. Enroll each formula into computer, it is only needed to get the formula number before ingredient mixing & weighing, and a production plan for one week can also be set according to necessity so as to track the pace of ingredient mixing.
3. Avoid foreign matters. Show the operator the storage position where the raw materials are through indicator light and check whether the raw materials are right or not, whether the "First-in & First-out" principle is complied with or not and whether beyond quality guarantee term nor not by means of scanner before weighing, in the case of above mentioned errors, the red alarm lamp will light, which disables the next operation.
4. Guarantee precision of weighing. Adopt two or more specifications of electronic scale to get different precisions of resolving, which are respectively used for weighing main material and auxiliary material. During weighing, the deviation must be within the tolerance range before weighing next raw material.
5. Traceability of ingredient mixing. After ingredient mixing of each formula succeeds, the system keeps detailed record of ingredient mixing, including: batch number of each raw material, actual weighed value, tolerance, mixing time and mixing operator, etc. and there is an option of printing ingredient identification card.
6. Simple operation. Even the unskilled personnel are also able to operate by the information displayed on screen so as to get accurate weighing and operation efficiency.
Function Introduction
I. Raw Material Storage Management
1. Storage: Raw materials are printed with bar code before putting into storage and the bar code includes: raw material code, supplier code, storage date and raw material batch number. Attach bar code to the packing box (bag, bucket) of raw materials and scan with scanner before putting into storage. When storing, if repeated and omitted scanning occur, there is error display. Each raw material has fixed storage position.
2. Retrieval: Retrieval complies with "First-in & First-out" principle. After ingredient mixing succeeds, the system registers retrieval of raw material automatically.
3. Storage Adjustment: In the case of loss and income on disposal due to loss or beyond period of validity, etc., it is necessary to adjust the quantity in storage manually.
4. Code Complement: If the bar code on raw material packing loses and dirties, disabling read by scanner, it may be done to complement the raw material with bard code.
5. Report Form Function: it can be realized to search and print the amount of storage, retrieval and in storage of raw materials for a certain period.
II. Formula Management
Each formula is allocated with one number and one name for sign-on to register the following information: weighing procedure number, raw material name, weighing unit, standard weight, upper limit, lower limit and mixing procedure.
III. Ingredient Mixing & Weighing
1. A production plan for one week or one day can be set to get work task during weighing, the system lists raw material code, standard weight, upper limit and lower limit according to weighing procedure.
2. For avoiding error in material taking: when taking raw materials, the indicator light mounted on the storage position of raw materials lights; before weighing, check whether the material taking is right or not by scanning bar code with scanner. In the case that the category of raw material is wrong, not comply with "First-in & First-out" principle and beyond period of validity, the system lights red alarm lamp not to conduct the next operation.
3. If the weighing exceeds the set tolerance, the next weighing can not be conducted. Only within the tolerance range, weighing of next ingredient can be conducted with displaying weighing condition through indicator light; if within the tolerance, green indicator light lights, if lower than the lower limit, yellow indicator light lights and if beyond the upper limit, red indicator light lights.
4. Use two or more specifications of electronic scale to get different precision of resolving to weigh the main material and auxiliary material respectively.
5. If ingredient mixing succeeds, the system forms ingredient batch number to register the following information: formula number, raw material code, actual weighed value, tolerance, raw material batch number, raw material storage date, mixing date and time, etc. to make the record of ingredient mixing be traceable.

1. Different account numbers are set to differentiate operation limit and guarantee system and operation safety.
